The Company is managed and operated by the general manager responsibility system under the leadership of board of directors. Currently, the Company sets up the Integrated Office, Financial Business Department/Securities Department, Technology R&D Department, and Marketing Department etc., and subordinate entities - Sanchuan Century Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sanchuan Oster Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. The Company organization structure covers a series of complete service system, such as design and development, manufacturing, and engineering installation of products. The Company has more than 400 employees, including 47 engineers, 9 provincial/ministerial-level designers, 21 senior engineers, 6 personnel for review and approval of pressure vessel design, 5 doctors and 6 postgraduates.
